After receiving an order, we will make every effort to ship the goods within seven days. The 28 days will be in accordance with the release date if items are on pre-order. If an item is unavailable, the customer will be notified via email, and if the original item is no longer available, a substitute will be provided. At all costs, we will endeavor to obtain the original item. It may occasionally take more than 28 days because of problems with particular suppliers that are out of our control.

We strive to deliver your order to you within 2–5 business days (UK), 3–8 business days (Europe), or 10–15 business days (Rest of World) from the date of dispatch.

Since we use multiple courier services, some orders may experience delays due to slower postal systems and customs, which are beyond our control. These delivery dates are an estimate.

Please contact customer service using the HELP & FAQs or CONTACT links in the footer if you have not received your item within three weeks of the date you received an email confirming that it has shipped. We will look into this and, if necessary, take further action, including a revised estimated delivery date.

Please take note:

• Lost-in-transit claims for UK orders must be filed within 15 business days of the date of shipment.

  
  

• Due to postal delays, delivery may take longer than anticipated for all other regions. You might be told to give your order an extra 30 days to arrive. After the maximum delivery window (i.e., estimated timeframe plus any recommended delay) has ended, all lost-in-transit claims must be reported within 30 days. After these times, claims might not be accepted.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to return it to us in perfect condition, suitable for resale, and in its original packaging (audio products must be in their original wrapping and unopened). If stock is available, you will receive a refund or a replacement of the same item. You have 14 (fourteen) days to return any items that have already been shipped after canceling the order. After your return is received, you will receive your refund within 14 (fourteen) days. Please be aware that exchanges are not accepted.

In order to recover lost shipping costs, Fasco Empire Ltd. strongly advises customers to use tracked shipping when returning any item. If the goods do not arrive, tracking information will be needed.

When third-party couriers are at fault or tracking information is not supplied, Fasco Empire Ltd. cannot be held accountable for misplaced or damaged returns.

Returning defective or damaged goods without first contacting Fasco Empire Ltd will be considered an unauthorized return.

Unless the products are defective, postage and delivery fees are not reimbursed. Fasco Empire Ltd cannot be held accountable for returns that are not received, so please get proof of postage.

Returns that are not authorized might not be accepted.

After 28 days of delivery, returns are not permitted for any reason.

If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us and send us clear pictures of the problem within seven days of receipt.

As a gesture of goodwill, we may provide a partial refund of up to 10% for minor cosmetic problems or packaging flaws that do not impact use. You can return the item for a complete refund; however, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We will provide a complete refund or replacement, including return shipping fees, in the event that the product is seriously damaged or does not match the description.

You also have the right to cancel your order and return items for any reason within 14 days of receipt under EU and UK consumer law. We will reimburse you for the item's price as well as any regular delivery fees if you decide to cancel. Unless the item is defective, you will have to pay for the return shipping.
